Vegetables-. Lima beans, mung bean sprouts, carrots, chick peas (garbanzos), cooked lentils, mushrooms, green peas and raw soybeans.
Fruits and Nuts: Fresh orange juice, peanuts and pecans.
Fish and Meat: Fried liver, beef and lamb. -Grains: Wheat germ. Dairy Products: Eggs.
Herbs: Unknown, but because cholin is part of the vitamin B complex and closely associated with vitamin B-12, herbs such as alfalfa and bladderwrack may be beneficial.
Natural Supplements: Yeast.
